I’m Amelia, based in New York and interested in how technology changes the way we work, decide, and lead. My work in enterprise AI, business strategy, and entrepreneurship informs a broader curiosity: how organizations adapt, what shapes human behavior, and how we exercise judgment when the answers aren’t obvious.
At Efficio, I lead an international team developing data and AI capabilities for procurement, helping enterprise and private equity clients make better decisions.
I also co-founded PredX.ai, a Web3 prediction market that grew to 200K+ users, leading product strategy and go-to-market as COO. That experience deepened my interest in how decentralized technologies, incentives, and collective intelligence shape markets and human decisions.
